100 King Street is a 7,500 square foot single tenant building located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria at the corner of King and Union Streets.   The vacant building was purchased in February 2003 and has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation.  It is now the 100 King Restaurant, a joint venture with the Lebanese Taverna Group and Denis Soriano, our four-star chef and partner in the restaurant.   The investment group brought together by Mr. Mallios is a partner in both the real estate and the restaurant.

100 King Restaurant is a French brasserie with a Mediterranean flair, featuring traditional and popular regional cuisines of Southern Nouveau France as well as neighboring Lebanon, Greece, Southern Italy, Spain and Morocco.  The format showcases small plates, known as Mezze in Lebanon, or Tapas in Spain.  The small plates create a dynamic and festive format allowing diners to experience the restaurant’s unique and wide-ranging Mediterranean cuisine.  The restaurant features a world-class selection of quality regional wines, which delights diners as well as compliments the cuisine.
