Central Square is a 24,000 square foot, 10 tenant shopping center located in Prince Frederick, Calvert County Maryland. The tenant's are mostly local businesses except for Ledo Pizza. The property was constructed in 1987.

We purchased the property in 2002 and through upgrading the tenancy were able to refinance three years later and return the initial capital to the investors.
