The Annapolis property, located at 2348 Solomon's Island Road in Annapolis, Maryland, was the long time home to Fred's Restaurant. It is a 9,447 square foot building located on just under an acre of land at the corner of Route 2, Solomon's Island Road and Summerville Road, one block south of West Street.

We purchased the property in 2001, renovated and subdivided the property and have since leased it to two tenants including The Melting Pot restaurant.
